Game Report: Sword Weirdos

Another month has passed with little to no painting progress, but I did get in a multiplayer game of Sword Weirdos. It's an interesting little skirmish game and it felt comfortably similar to Mordheim at first glance. The second and third glances, however, showed it to be deceptively complicated. Still, our little 2v2 game was fun.

My warband was a selection of Wretches that made up the Rabble warband type. They were selected from among my Turnip miniatures. Each member of the team, even my leader, was incredibly weak, but they easily outnumbered the other warbands.

We played the Treasure Hunt scenario, so I also got to use my two mimic miniatures. Officially, neither team won, as we both managed to get one chest off the board. Going with "points killed" as a tiebreaker, our team pulled out slightly ahead due to how overpowered having a more figures on the field seems to be.
