His only true superpower is his immortality; he returns from the dead 24 hours after he's been killed, over and over again, without exception. He simply appears, fully healed, somewhere in the City.

Indigo Detective

Name unknown

Thought of as little more than an urban legend, even after at least a decade on the superhero scene, the Indigo Detective is a master detective able to slip in and out of crime scenes with none the wiser. Said to be armed with a pair of Colt 1911s, it's unknown if Indigo has any actual superpowers.

Scrapper

Name unknown

Scrapper has a cyborg body that gives her inhuman strength and durability. Under her synthetic skin is subdermal armor plating and robotic muscles. Both of her arms were replaced with purely robotic prosthetics, and her left arm has a large buzzsaw mounted on the wrist. All of these modifications were done by a shadowy organization after Scrapper was mangled and comatose after a horrible accident; she managed to escape and now searches for answers about her past while forging a new path as a superhero. Scrapper has not yet unlocked the full potential of her cybernetics.

Tempest is an established hero with wind powers and flight, but she's also a talented brawler with wind-augmented martial arts.
